• Fry off the cubed beef in batches adding a little more oil or dripping as needed – there should be space around each piece so it browns properly. Once browned add to your cooking pot. • Place the cooked vegetables in the slow cooker bowl with the beef and add the other ingredients. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours.
